Last Shelter Survival Guide 2026: Codes, Heroes, Doomsday, F2P Tips, and Events

Type:Blog Date: Author:admin Read:10

The first time I played Last Shelter Survival, I expected a fairly straightforward zombie base-building game. Build walls, shoot zombies, upgrade a few troops, and survive. That description is technically correct for about five minutes. Once the game opens up, it turns into a long-term 4X strategy game built around resource management, heroes, APC formations, alliance politics, Clash of Zones, seasonal warfare, and the constant question of whether I should spend my speedups now or wait for an event.

Last Shelter Survival Guide 2026: Codes, Heroes, Doomsday, F2P Tips, and Events

That depth is also why starting in 2026 can feel overwhelming. Last Shelter has been running for years, which means there are older heroes, seasonal heroes, SP heroes, equipment systems, pets, Wasteland content, Hero Wheels, Cube systems, Doomsday mechanics, alliance seasons, and enough upgrade menus to keep you busy for months.

The good news is that the fundamental strategy has not changed. Efficient players build with a purpose, join a strong alliance early, save resources for scoring events, specialize their combat formations, and avoid upgrading every shiny system simply because a red notification appears.

This Last Shelter Survival guide is written from that practical player perspective. I will cover current code status, beginner progression, F2P strategy, heroes, events, Doomsday Conquest, alliance warfare, and the systems that actually matter if you want your base to remain competitive.

I. Last Shelter Survival Overview

   A. What Is Last Shelter Survival?

Last Shelter: Survival is a post-apocalyptic 4X strategy game in which you manage a survivor base, build infrastructure, train troops, recruit heroes, gather resources, fight zombies, and compete with other players and alliances across a world map.

The game is published globally through Long Tech Network Limited, with the game's support and service ecosystem closely associated with IM30. Long-time players commonly refer to the publisher simply as IM30.

The basic gameplay loop looks like this:

build your base,

produce resources,

research technology,

train troops,

recruit heroes,

build APC formations,

farm zombies and map resources,

join an alliance,

and eventually fight other states and alliances.

The important thing to understand is that Last Shelter is a marathon. A player who efficiently develops one account for a year will usually have far more strategic options than someone who simply rushes Base levels without building technology, heroes, and troops behind them.

   B. Android, iOS, and PC

Last Shelter Survival is officially available on Android and iOS.

For Android, the safest route is Google Play. For iPhone and iPad, use Apple's App Store.

The game has accumulated tens of millions of Android downloads and remains actively maintained in 2026.

If you prefer playing on PC, an Android emulator such as BlueStacks is still a practical option. Install BlueStacks, sign into Google Play, search for Last Shelter: Survival, and install the same Android client you would use on a phone.

Playing on PC can be especially comfortable during long Doomsday sessions because territory management, alliance chat, and repeated map movement are easier with a large screen.

Google Play also lists Windows compatibility for the current client in supported environments, so players now have more PC options than they did during the game's early years.

   C. Review Summary and Latest Update

Last Shelter remains one of those games that I enjoy most when I accept what it actually is: a competitive long-term strategy game, not a pure zombie shooter.

The base building is satisfying, alliance warfare can be genuinely intense, and seasonal competition gives old accounts something to keep working toward.

The main criticism is obvious. Spending can create huge gaps between players. A F2P commander can become strong and useful, but competing directly against the biggest spenders in raw stats is unrealistic.

The better F2P goal is becoming efficient and strategically valuable.

The latest storefront version I could verify in the current 2026 cycle is Version 26.902.1, released in late September. Recent updates have focused on continued system optimization rather than rebuilding the game from scratch, including improvements to the Gacha Machine, Pets, Crisis Cube milestones, Battle Reports, Hero Wheel information, Wasteland interfaces, Hero Equipment rankings, and other late-game progression systems.

That tells you what modern Last Shelter looks like: the original survival/base-building foundation is still there, but the account progression above it has become much deeper.

II. Redeem Codes

   A. Active and Working Codes

As of October 21, 2026, I could not verify a currently active public activation code that I would confidently tell every player is working.

One code appears on some October lists:

LAST8888

However, its status is conflicting.

Some recently updated trackers list LAST8888 as active, while a newer October test reported that there were no active codes.

Because there is no strong official confirmation, I would classify it like this:

LAST8888 — Unverified; worth trying, but not guaranteed.

That may sound less exciting than writing “100% WORKING,” but it is much more useful than wasting your time with a fake active list.

   B. Expired Codes

Recent historical codes include:

HALLOW25

2025ASCC

ASC2025

ALLSTARCHAMPION

ALLSTAR2025

Love2025Valentine

Joyful25Gift6

Luck25NY1

Fest25Eve2

NY25Day3

Spring25Pkg4

Bliss25Key5

Happy2025newyear

NEWYEAR25

2024BEERDAY

and older promotion strings such as:

2023SUMMER

LSSTWD0524

COUNTDOWN02

COUNTDOWN03

COUNTDOWN04

These codes were real parts of earlier event cycles, but they should not be advertised as working in late 2026.

   C. How to Redeem Codes

New players need to finish the tutorial before the redemption menu becomes available.

Then:

  1. Tap Menu at the bottom-right.

  2. Open the additional menu using the three-dot button.

  3. Enter Settings.

  4. Select Activation Codes.

  5. Paste the exact code.

  6. Confirm the redemption.

  7. Check your in-game mail or reward notification.

If your interface version gives you a direct Activation Code option under Menu, use that instead.

Always copy the code exactly. Extra spaces can cause a valid promotion to fail.

   D. Anniversary, Halloween, Christmas, and All Star Codes

Last Shelter regularly uses event-specific activation codes rather than permanent beginner codes.

Historical examples include Halloween promotions such as:

HALLOW25

and All Star Championship codes such as:

2025ASCC

ASC2025

ALLSTARCHAMPION

ALLSTAR2025

New Year, Valentine's Day, summer, and Christmas periods have also received temporary codes.

The important lesson is not memorizing old strings. It is knowing when to check.

Whenever a major holiday, anniversary, All Star event, or global campaign begins, open official game notices and community channels.

   E. Finding New Codes and Free Diamonds

I look for new codes through:

official game announcements,

official social channels,

in-game mail,

alliance Discord or chat,

and reliable code trackers that show a clear last-tested date.

You can also earn Diamonds without codes through:

event milestones,

daily activity,

update compensation,

ranking rewards,

Clash of Zones,

season rewards,

and occasional update gifts.

Recent app updates have even advertised 500 Diamonds for updating during certain version releases.

Never wait for activation codes as your main Diamond strategy.

III. Beginner Guide

   A. First Steps and Base Building Order

The biggest beginner trap is rushing the Base while everything else falls behind.

When my Base increases a level, I normally prioritize the buildings that directly unlock the next useful progression step.

A practical early order is:

Base requirements → resource production → Bank → Institute → troop buildings → APC-related buildings → hospitals/storage → supporting infrastructure.

Keep your main resource buildings reasonably close to your Base level.

Food, iron, fuel/oil, lumber, power, and water all become bottlenecks at different times.

Your Institute deserves special attention. Research provides permanent account value. Construction ends when the building finishes; useful research keeps multiplying everything you do afterward.

Do not leave builders idle.

And if you know you will be offline for eight hours, start an eight-hour-plus construction before leaving rather than a ten-minute upgrade.

   B. Recruitment and Area Cleansing Operation

Use your free recruitment attempts every day.

Historically, players receive regular free access to:

Normal Recruitment,

Advanced Recruitment,

and Super Recruitment

on their respective cooldowns or daily limits.

Do not waste those free pulls.

New commanders should also pay attention to Area Cleansing Operation.

This event asks you to defeat different zombie types and levels and historically rewards useful purple heroes that work well together.

Those purple characters are not endgame meta monsters, but they can carry a young account while you slowly develop orange and seasonal heroes.

This is one reason I would not panic if my first week of recruitment gives me weak orange luck.

The game gives you workable early formations if you actually complete its beginner content.

   C. Free-to-Play Strategy

F2P Last Shelter is mostly about timing.

Save:

speedups,

hero recruitment tickets,

resources,

training boosts,

and upgrade materials

until an event rewards you for spending them.

Using 100 hours of speedups randomly on Tuesday gives you one result.

Using those same speedups during a scoring event can give you the upgrade plus milestone rewards.

Join the strongest active alliance that will accept you.

That single decision affects:

alliance help,

research,

rallies,

season participation,

rewards,

protection,

map territory,

and how quickly you learn the game.

Finally, specialize.

Do not try to build the best vehicle formation, shooter formation, warrior formation, SP lineup, pet setup, and every hero simultaneously as F2P.

Build one genuinely strong combat formation first.

IV. Tips and Tricks

   A. Resource Gathering and Farming

Always keep APCs doing something.

If you are online, use them actively for events, zombies, or objectives.

If you are logging out, send them gathering.

Prioritize the resource you know your next upgrade requires rather than gathering everything evenly.

Research gathering speed and production technology early because these bonuses compound over months.

Also build farm accounts only if you actually enjoy managing them. A farm can help support a main base, but turning a mobile game into a spreadsheet job defeats the purpose for many players.

   B. Speedups, Cash, and Diamonds

I save general speedups for high-value milestones.

Use construction-specific speedups for construction whenever possible and research-specific ones for research. Keep universal speedups flexible for events.

Diamonds are more dangerous because the game constantly offers small convenience purchases.

Avoid spending large amounts of Diamonds to finish random timers unless doing so completes something important.

Cash/money becomes a serious bottleneck later. Banks, trade systems, events, and Commercial Hub management all matter.

   C. Commercial Hub, Loudspeakers, and Rebel Camps

The Commercial Hub allows you to buy and sell resources.

One classic money trick is selling excess water because water has fewer uses than your major construction resources. Upgrade the Hub to increase its usefulness.

The trading helicopter cycles back regularly, so finish your trades and send it away rather than leaving it sitting there.

Loudspeakers and Rebel-related activities are another reminder to pay attention to inventory instead of hoarding every strange event item forever. When an event item is attached to Rebel Camps or temporary enemies, use it during the relevant activity while that event is live.

Rebel Camps generally function as event/world-map PvE targets where alliance coordination and properly built APCs matter more as the difficulty rises.

Check the event description before burning consumables because mechanics can change between event versions.

   D. Vehicles and Troop Choices

The three major troop styles are:

Vehicles

Shooters

Warriors

The game is deliberately designed so one troop type does not solve everything.

Vehicles are popular because mobility is incredibly valuable on the world map.

Shooters can produce enormous damage in the right hero combinations.

Warriors provide different defensive and combat advantages.

Rather than mixing troops randomly, build APCs around heroes whose skills actually support that troop type.

A mediocre hero with perfect troop synergy can outperform a “stronger” hero placed in the wrong formation.

V. Hero Tier List

   A. Tier List from SS to D

There is no completely universal 2026 hero ranking because modern SP heroes, equipment, Hopeness upgrades, Hero Wheels, formation bonuses, and event-specific combat have changed the ceiling dramatically.

For the classic/general hero pool, this remains a useful progression ranking:

   SS Tier

Enzo – The Great Engineer

William – The Marketeer

Claudia – Master Marksman

Lucia – The Undertaker

Musk – Razor

Hans – Iron Guard

Reaper

The Forsaken One

An'Nuo – Dawn Guardian

These heroes historically provide excellent combat or development utility and remain recognizable high-value classic picks.

   S Tier

Yokokura – Drill Master

Cole – The Mechanic

Tariq – Oil Tycoon

Walter – The Alchemist

Ron – Carpenter

Nora – Pioneer

Nile – Militant

Sergei – The Arsenal

Iron Teef

Adande

Kidd

Gonzales

Radica

Nadia

The Secret Keeper

   A Tier

Useful heroes include:

Emily

Sebastian

Aleksandr

Joe

Delphine

Selina

Ignis Fatuus

NEC-Romancer

Michelle

Simon

Javier

Dimitri

and other specialists.

   B Tier

These can work but usually lose investment priority to better heroes:

Penelope

Joshua

Gilbert

Tony

Duke

Nick

Magic

Bob

Batty

   C–D Tier

Older blue/purple development heroes and weak combat specialists normally fall here once you possess better options.

That does not make them useless.

Development heroes can remain valuable for years if they improve a building, gathering, production, or construction rather than occupying a combat APC.

   B. Combat Heroes vs. Develop Heroes

This distinction is essential.

Combat heroes belong in APC formations.

Their skills improve troop:

damage,

resistance,

attack,

defense,

combat range,

targeting,

or tactical effects.

Develop heroes are often stationed in buildings.

They improve:

resource output,

construction,

money,

training,

research,

Commercial Hub value,

and other economy systems.

Do not dismiss a hero because they are bad in battle.

A top development hero can save far more resources over six months than an average combat hero.

   C. Best Heroes Overall

For the older/general pool, Enzo, William, Claudia, Lucia, and The Forsaken One remain among the best-known names.

However, by modern late-game standards, SP heroes and newer formations sit above much of the classic pool.

High-end 2025–2026 PvE and monster formations have revolved around heroes such as:

Aetherhunter

Stone Dissector

Revived Soul

Ion Spark

Skull

with alternatives including:

Thunderbolt

Rose

Greek Spear

and Deathborn.

This is why you should never read a tier list from 2020 and assume it represents modern endgame combat.

VI. Hero Guide

   A. Orange and Purple Heroes

Hero color is an easy early indicator of rarity.

Orange heroes are the classic Legendary-quality targets.

Purple heroes are easier to acquire and can fill important beginner roles.

Do not automatically recycle every purple hero.

Some development heroes continue providing useful bonuses even after your combat APCs become fully orange or seasonal.

Early on, purple formations obtained through beginner events can also be stronger than one underdeveloped orange hero surrounded by random units.

   B. SP Heroes and the Treasure Wheel

SP heroes represent a newer, much stronger layer of hero progression.

The Treasure Wheel/Hero Wheel can offer opportunities to acquire selected SP heroes or fragments depending on the current rotation.

The mistake here is choosing the hero with the coolest portrait.

Before spending, ask:

What troop type do I actually use?

Which hero completes an existing formation?

Do I have enough resources to unlock the hero's important skills?

Will this hero replace someone immediately?

For modern PvE, Stone Dissector has been particularly versatile and has appeared in several strong event-monster formations.

But even the best hero loses value if the rest of your lineup cannot activate its synergy.

   C. Hero Skills and Skill Levels

Heroes can look completely different depending on unlocked skills.

Do not judge a hero only at Level 1.

Many key combat effects require:

higher hero level,

skill unlocks,

medals,

duplicate fragments,

or later reconstruction/development systems.

The Hopeness Lab adds another layer for eligible S/Sx heroes after they reach the required development stage.

For F2P players, this is why I recommend finishing important heroes rather than collecting dozens halfway.

A fully functional hero usually beats three “future projects.”

   D. Enzo, William, Claudia, Lucia, and The Forsaken One

   Enzo – The Great Engineer

Enzo became famous because his development utility can accelerate an account rather than simply adding another damage number.

Good development heroes age well because their bonuses apply every day.

   William – The Marketeer

William is another economic/development standout.

Players focusing only on PvP rankings can underestimate how valuable account-wide production and trade advantages become over months.

   Claudia – Master Marksman

Claudia is one of the classic high-value combat names.

She fits damage-oriented formations much more naturally than development heroes and remains useful during the transition toward stronger seasonal options.

   Lucia – The Undertaker

Lucia has historically ranked among the strongest classic combat heroes.

If obtained early, she is absolutely worth considering for serious investment.

   The Forsaken One

The Forsaken One is another famous combat pick from the older high-end pool and can remain useful until your account becomes heavily invested in later seasonal/SP options.

VII. Events

   A. Current Event List and Rewards

The exact event carousel differs by state age and seasonal schedule, but the modern recurring structure includes activities such as:

Hourly Challenges

Clash of Zones

Champion Duel

National Missions

Zombie Siege Defense

Hero Wheel/Gacha activities

Arena

seasonal events

Doomsday/Eden-style seasons

and limited event monsters.

Rewards can include:

Diamonds,

resources,

hero fragments,

recruitment tickets,

speedups,

equipment materials,

season currencies,

and ranking rewards.

The key is checking rewards before spending resources.

I rarely push an event leaderboard simply because it exists. I first ask whether the next milestone is actually worth the cost.

   B. Treasure Hunt, Arena, and Zombie Levels

Treasure Hunt-style events reward active map exploration and event participation.

The Arena lets you test hero formations without the same kind of world-map risk as open warfare and provides ranking/progression rewards depending on the current season.

Zombies increase in difficulty across the map.

Higher-level targets require stronger formations but provide improved rewards and are often tied to quests or events.

Do not attack the highest zombie you can technically reach if each attempt costs half your troops.

Efficiency matters more than ego.

   C. World Map and Ration Truck

The world map is where Last Shelter becomes a strategy game rather than a city builder.

You gather,

attack zombies,

find event targets,

join rallies,

reinforce allies,

and fight other commanders.

Learn to bookmark important locations.

Inside the base, the Ration Truck/Cafeteria supports your population using food and water.

Higher population improves Bank efficiency and is required for certain building progression.

You do not always need to keep it completely full. If resources are tight, supply enough food and water to maintain the population level needed for your current goal.

VIII. Doomsday Conquest and Seasons

   A. Conquest, Duel, and Tally Periods

Doomsday Conquest is one of the systems that separates casual players from organized alliances.

A traditional Doomsday season lasts around 45 days and is divided into major phases.

   Conquest

At the beginning, your alliance:

builds Alliance Centers,

occupies territories,

constructs Honor Buildings,

processes contaminated resources,

builds immunity,

and earns Season Points.

The first priority is progression.

Do not spend Week 1 trying to fight everyone when your alliance does not have enough immunity to occupy useful tiles.

   Duel

Alliance combat becomes the focus during the middle of the season.

War declarations allow alliances to attack territories and structures for Season Points.

Winning can move your alliance dramatically upward.

Losing expensive fights can burn enormous amounts of troops and resources.

   Tally

The final period freezes most scoring progression.

Territory occupation and Honor development stop contributing in the normal way, and rankings are finalized for rewards.

This is when alliance leadership distributes or finalizes season rewards according to the game's current structure.

   B. Season Guide and Season Map

Think of the season map as a resource puzzle before thinking of it as a PvP map.

You need:

connected territory,

access to higher-level land,

adequate immunity,

strategically placed Alliance Centers,

and enough room for Honor Buildings.

Occupying random tiles without planning can block your own alliance later.

Follow alliance markers.

If leadership says “take toward the north AC,” do not build an artistic trail in the opposite direction because the level-4 tile looked convenient.

   C. Season Buildings and Tips

Honor Structures historically include buildings for:

processing,

immunity,

defense,

and seasonal progression.

Upgrade them consistently.

Season resources reset differently from permanent account progression, so understand what disappears when Tally ends.

One of the best long-term rewards from Doomsday is Specialty progression, which historically carries forward even when many seasonal structures reset.

My biggest Doomsday tips are:

build immunity early,

donate stone,

follow alliance territory plans,

save APC durability before war,

keep territory capacity available,

and communicate.

Doomsday is not designed for 100 players to improvise individually.

IX. Alliance and Server

   A. Finding the Best Alliance

The “best alliance” is not necessarily number one in power.

For a developing player, I look for:

high activity,

experienced leadership,

clear event instructions,

alliance technology,

regular rallies,

Doomsday participation,

and enough strength to protect members.

An active top-10 alliance can sometimes be a much better learning environment than a top-1 whale alliance that treats smaller players as background decoration.

Join alliance chat.

Ask questions.

Show up to events.

People are much more willing to help someone who actually participates.

   B. Alliance Wars

Alliance warfare is where preparation becomes visible.

Before major conflict:

activate buffs,

repair or prepare APCs,

check formations,

recall gatherers,

stock healing resources,

and coordinate shields.

Do not randomly attack powerful bases simply because your alliance is fighting nearby.

Follow target calls.

In Doomsday, territory and structures matter more than personal kill counts.

In state warfare, timing, rally coordination, and reinforcements can decide battles where raw power looks fairly even.

   C. Server Transfer and Teleport Skins

Migration/server-transfer mechanics have evolved over the years and can depend on season, state age, migration rules, and account strength.

Before moving, confirm:

which states are eligible,

your migration/transfer cost,

power restrictions,

season compatibility,

and whether your alliance is actually moving with you.

Never transfer based on one recruitment message alone. Talk to the destination alliance first.

Teleport items let you reposition your base, while teleport/base skins and related cosmetics may also provide appearance changes or stat bonuses depending on the specific item.

Do not buy a skin solely because it looks powerful. Read the actual attribute bonus and decide whether it benefits your main formation.

X. Comparison and FAQ

   A. Last Shelter Survival vs. Last Day on Earth, State of Survival, and Rise of Kingdoms

Last Shelter Survival vs. Last Day on Earth

These are very different survival games.

Last Day on Earth focuses much more on controlling one survivor directly, crafting equipment, exploring locations, and fighting enemies personally.

Last Shelter Survival is primarily a 4X strategy game.

If you want direct survival combat, Last Day on Earth makes more sense.

If you want alliances, base progression, armies, heroes, and server warfare, Last Shelter is closer to that experience.

Last Shelter Survival vs. State of Survival

These games are much closer.

Both combine zombie themes with city development, heroes, alliances, world-map objectives, and competitive events.

State of Survival emphasizes its hero combat and narrative presentation more heavily.

Last Shelter has years of deeper state warfare, APC formation systems, Doomsday mechanics, and long-established progression layers.

Last Shelter Survival vs. Rise of Kingdoms

Rise of Kingdoms replaces zombies with historical civilizations and commanders.

RoK gives players more direct real-time troop movement on the map.

Last Shelter focuses more on APC formations, zombie-themed seasonal systems, and specialized base progression.

If you enjoy alliance politics and long-term account optimization, both can consume an alarming amount of your free time.

   B. Games Like Last Shelter Survival

If you enjoy Last Shelter, other games worth investigating include:

State of Survival

Rise of Kingdoms

Puzzles & Survival

Last War: Survival Game

Age of Origins

and similar alliance-focused mobile strategy titles.

The best alternative depends on which part of Last Shelter you enjoy.

If Doomsday and alliance wars are your favorite part, pick another strong 4X game.

If zombies are the main appeal, prioritize the survival theme instead.

   C. Is Last Shelter Survival Free to Play?

Yes, the game is free to download and play.

It also contains extensive in-app purchases.

F2P players can build powerful accounts, participate in alliance events, complete seasons, and enjoy virtually all core systems.

What F2P cannot realistically do is match the largest spenders dollar-for-dollar in every new premium system.

That is fine.

My goal as F2P would be efficiency:

one strong formation,

good event timing,

excellent resource management,

active alliance participation,

and smart hero investment.

Strategy will not completely erase spending differences, but it can make you much more useful than your purchase history suggests.

   D. How Often Are Codes Updated?

There is no fixed weekly code schedule.

Codes usually appear around:

holidays,

anniversaries,

special championships,

collaborations,

seasonal celebrations,

and major events.

They can remain absent for long stretches.

As of October 21, 2026, there is no activation code I can confidently guarantee as active. LAST8888 is still worth testing because some current trackers list it, but newer reports disagree.

My recommendation is to check once a week during major events rather than typing hundreds of historical codes.

The biggest lesson I have learned from Last Shelter Survival is that nearly everything becomes easier when you stop treating it like a race.

Rushing your Base without research creates a weak account.

Recruiting every hero without developing their skills creates weak formations.

Using every speedup the moment you get it wastes event points.

And joining a dead alliance because it has a cool name leaves you without the rewards and coordination that actually drive long-term progression.

For a new player, I would focus on building efficiently, completing Area Cleansing Operation, using every free recruitment opportunity, developing the Institute, and joining an active alliance immediately. Save major speedups and resources for scoring events rather than spending randomly.

For heroes, remember that modern Last Shelter contains several generations of power. Classic orange heroes such as Enzo, William, Claudia, Lucia, and The Forsaken One are still important names, particularly during account development, but modern SP heroes have raised the ceiling considerably. Do not invest based only on an old tier list. Build around your troop type and actual formation.

Once Doomsday begins, the game changes again. Immunity, territory, Honor Buildings, Alliance Centers, diplomacy, and seasonal timing become as important as raw combat stats. Follow alliance instructions and think about the map as a team resource rather than your personal collection of tiles.

And regarding codes, be skeptical. As of late October 2026, there is no universally confirmed active activation code. LAST8888 may still work for some accounts, but I would test it rather than promise it. Historical codes such as HALLOW25, ALLSTARCHAMPION, and the 2025 All Star strings belong in the expired section now.

Most importantly, decide what kind of commander you want to be.

You do not need to own every hero, win every event, or spend like the strongest player in your state. A well-managed F2P or budget account inside a coordinated alliance can still contribute enormously to Doomsday, Clash of Zones, rallies, and seasonal warfare.

That is the part of Last Shelter Survival that keeps the game interesting years later: the base may belong to you, but the biggest battles are almost never won alone.
